My approach starts with the food and fitness goals you've already set for yourself.  Using hypnotherapy, together we'll find the true, unconscious motivations that underlie your behavior, and discover any faulty beliefs that are preventing you from achieving your objectives.  Those outmoded beliefs and habits are then replaced with new ideas and motivations that will actually accelerate you towards your goals with surprisingly little conscious effort.
